Why the technical side decides how it lands
Bad audio is the fastest way to lose a room. Guests forgive a plain stage; they do not forgive not being able to hear the CEO from table 34.

A slide nobody can read is a slide nobody remembers. Screen size, brightness and sightlines get set for the back row, not for the laptop the deck was built on.
They stop listening when they cannot hear
Sound is the first thing a room notices and the last thing it forgives. We tune for the space so the back tables hear as well as the front, without blasting anyone.

Before you shortlist anyone
How far outside Toronto do you travel, and does that change the price?
We work across the GTA and Ontario. Distance shows up as travel and transport time on the quote rather than as a hidden markup, and an early load-in far from the city sometimes means overnight crew. If your venue is well outside the city, ask when you send the date so it is confirmed before you budget.
Do you visit the venue before quoting?
For anything beyond a straightforward room, yes — walking the space catches ceiling height, power, sightlines and load-in access that a floor plan hides. For a simple setup, or a room we already hold current specs and photos for, that documentation is enough. Either way the quote comes after the room is understood.
